Description of exercise The Elastic assist wrist hitchhike exercise is a stretching exercise that targets the muscles in the wrist, forearm, and hand. It is performed by extending the arm in front of the body with the palm facing down, and using the other hand to gently pull the fingers back towards the body. The elastic band is then placed around the fingers and the hand is slowly rotated in a circular motion, mimicking the motion of hitchhiking. This exercise helps to improve wrist mobility, flexibility, and grip strength. The elastic band adds resistance, making the exercise more challenging and effective. It is a great warm-up or cool-down exercise for activities that involve the use of the hands and wrists.
