Description of exercise AK/BK crunches, also known as alternating knee/leg crunches, are a popular core strengthening exercise that targets the abdominal muscles. To perform this exercise, lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Place your hands behind your head and lift your shoulders off the ground while bringing your right knee towards your chest. As you lower your shoulders, extend your right leg out and bring your left knee towards your chest. Continue alternating between your right and left leg while keeping your core engaged and your lower back pressed into the ground. This exercise helps improve core stability and can also help with balance and coordination.
Do each time for how long Do this for 10 times, or do as many times instructed by your doctor.
Do daily for how many time Do daily two times, or do as per instructed by your doctor.
Do for how many days Do for two to three weeks, or do upto days told by your doctor.
