To perform this exercise, you will need a towel or resistance band. Begin by lying on your back with your legs extended and the towel wrapped around the ball of your foot. Slowly raise your leg towards the ceiling, keeping your knee straight and pulling on the towel for resistance. Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds, then release and switch legs. This exercise helps to improve flexibility and range of motion in the hamstrings, making it great for athletes and those with tight leg muscles. |
