Description of exercise | Cane assist biceps curl is a modified version of the traditional biceps curl exercise that uses a cane or any similar object for support. This exercise primarily targets the biceps muscles, which are located in the front of the upper arm, and also engages the muscles in the forearms and shoulders. To perform this exercise, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold the cane with an underhand grip. Keep your elbows close to your sides and slowly curl the cane towards your shoulders, contracting your biceps. Lower the cane back down in a controlled manner. This exercise is great for improving arm strength and can be beneficial for individuals with limited mobility or injuries. |
