Description of exercise | Passive knee bending with person exercise is a type of rehabilitation exercise used to improve knee flexibility and range of motion. It involves a therapist or partner gently bending the knee joint while the person lies on their back. The exercise can also be done with the person sitting on a chair or on the edge of a bed. The therapist or partner will support the leg and slowly bend the knee, holding it in the bent position for a few seconds before returning it to the starting position.
