Description of exercise | Snow angels exercise is a simple and effective way to strengthen your upper body and core muscles. To perform this exercise, lie down on your back on a flat surface with your arms stretched out to your sides. Keep your legs straight and together. From this position, raise your arms and legs off the ground simultaneously, making a snow angel motion. Keep your core engaged and your back flat on the ground throughout the movement. Slowly lower your arms and legs back to the starting position. This exercise helps to improve shoulder and back strength, as well as stability and coordination. It can also be modified to be more challenging by adding light weights or resistance bands. |
