Keep your back flat and your head in line with your spine. Engage your core muscles and lift your knees slightly off the ground, maintaining a neutral spine. Hold this position for 10-15 seconds, then slowly lower your knees back to the ground. This exercise helps to improve core stability, balance, and posture, making it a great addition to any workout routine. |
